Boschendal 1685 Chardonnay
Boschkloof Chardonnay
A wine created in a complex but fresh style with citrus, lime, and hints of apricot flavours. Elegant aroma shows citrus characters, integrated with subtle hints of oak that adds dimension to the palate. Good fruit and balance with long lingering finish. Enjoy now or benefit from cellaring. Best served at 13 -14°C.
Boschkloof Conclusion
Boschkloof Conclusion is a true expression of good grape quality and terroir. The wine was made as natural as possible. On the nose the aromas are blueberry, mixed herbs, bruised plum and some lovely cigar box flavours. The wine is highly concentrated with a big, but elegant mid-palate and a long finish. This wine has great potential for ageing.
Brookdale Mason Road Syrah
With a deep, purple colour, red berries and hints of charcoal with faint liquorice on the nose are set against gentle floral notes in the background, making way for blueberries, cassis, and nuances of sweet, dried herbs.
The palate displays layers of berry fruit with spices of pepper, cinnamon and clove. A soft entry on the palate is supported with supple tannins, impressive length and bright, acidity.
Serve at 12-15 Deg.
Pair with mushrooms and pasta and full-flavored dishes like glazed ham, roast lamb.

Good depth of fruit and well-integrated acidity – as with many examples of Swartland Chenin from this vintage, this wine is textured and substantial even at low alcohol, 12.5% in this instance. Not overtly expressive but still layered
