Survivor Cabernet Sauvignon
Survivor Cellar Master Series Chardonnay
A terroir driven wine, the Cellar Master Series Chardonnay has a medium-plus intensity, owning its youthful and aromatic bouquet of spring blossoms, crunchy yellow apples, dried
pineapple, cinnamon, ripe grapefruit, and mandarin zest. A sweeter undertone of almond skin, bay leaf and chamomile ground the fruit, adding a sophisticated, savoury sheen. A
sherbet-like intensity follows through on the taste, and this vibrant acidity steers the fruit to the back of your mouth, evoking a salivating mineral quality. Then, with a savoury sheen
anchoring itself on the mid-palate, the wine engulfs your palate, weaving a magical balance of sweet, sour, and salty nuances into a mouth-filling experience. As with the aromas, bright citrus takes the lead with whiffs of lemon meringue pie, almonds, and grapefruit pith, balancing creamy and nippy textures built into the wine, finished off with an old-world flintiness.
Survivor Cellar Master Series Pendulum
The wine has a deep ruby colour, inky depth, and a hint of garnet on the rim, igniting your senses with its arresting purity of fruit. It comes alive with an amalgamation of flavours, engulfing your palate with red currant, dried cranberry, red plum, plush mulberry and juicy black plum. A subtle note of cedar and wet slate adds a cool lift to the intensity of fruit, with aromas of freshly tilled earth and spicy notes of sweet English leather catapulting you back in time. This old-world charm evokes a sense of romanticism with a subtle perfume of rose petals and violets without forfeiting its youth and vibrancy like only the new world can offer.
All of these nuances traverse your senses like a pendulum swinging between its old-world essence and new-world confidence. The balance persists with uncanny fruit purity on the palate and a refreshing acidity poised on fine-grained tannin, complete with a chalky mouthfeel and a long persistent finish.

Lush and bright with great palate weight, rounded and harmonious with a dry, lingering preserved lemon and spice finish. Beautifully balanced and focussed – a Chenin triumph!
Survivor MCC
Opening the bottle and pouring the first glass, one cannot miss the defining lime hue adding a zesty appeal to this lemony-coloured wine. As it engulfs the glass, delicate strings of bubbled beads trail to the surface, persistent and beautiful to look at. The zesty lime colour is repeated in a citrus-rich perfume of lemon verbena, lemon basil, lemongrass and the sap of spring buds. Parallel to this, the wine shares a generous bouquet of ripe quince, greengage plum, kiwi and thyme with vivid coolness reminiscent of wet river stones. Upon taste, a creamy viscosity steers the wine to the back of the palate. Here it explodes with tantalizing freshness as the mousse fills your mouth before settling on the sides of your palate with a savoury intensity.
Survivor Pinotage
A deep garnet coloured wine with rich fruit aromas dominating in the red fruit spectrum with some hints of fynbos and cinnamon spices. As this full-bodied wine enters the palate, it fills it out immediately and leaves a velvety texture as it moves its way through. Lasting flavours of freshly squeezed pomegranate and strawberry are kept entrapped for moments after.
Survivor Pinotage Reserve
This world-class wine has a lively dense deep red colour with a nose of blackberry fruit pastilles, freshly picked ripe cherries and notes of spicy vanilla derived from the use of exceptional quality oak barrels. Upon entrance the palate embraces the qualities of what this wine has to offer. Full bodied and structured to last, the palate enfolds these flavours into a synced orchestra that keeps on changing with every mouthful.
Survivor Sauvignon Blanc
The 2022 vintage is a pure expression of the Elgin terroir and shows notes of freshly crushed gooseberry, white blossom, elderflÂower and red grapefruit on the nose, while the palate supports the aromas with fresh grapefruit and subtle hints of nectarine and tropical fruits. A mouth-watering, rounded acidity accompanies a full and long finish on the palate.
Survivor Syrah
This intense dark coloured wine has a pungent rich nose of liquorice and black fruits with nuances of cloves, thyme and white pepper. With the aromas being so expressive, one would expect a bold palate, but on the contrary. Being full-bodied and well-structured these aromas are tamed and lay to rest on a layered palate that has a lot to give. With a long and lingering finish, this wine will ask questions of why you haven’t purchased more.
