This can hold its own against really well known Rhone blends. When it comes to that price pleasure point, then it certainly wins hands down. The classic dried herbs and lavender on the nose, going to rich red berry, strawberry, raspberry and a hint of cranberry at the end. For finishing notes I go with subtle fennel and black tea.
