Zippy, racy flavours and aromas of lime, green melon, added notes of white flowers, nettle and herbs. So typical of our cool climate. Fresh acidity offers length and backbone.

This wine welcomes you with a nose of crisp green apple, tropical fruit, flint and lime. The green apple on the palate is accentuated with lemon and lychee. The wine finishes off with a fresh, balanced and broad palate. 

The 2022 vintage is a pure expression of the Elgin terroir and shows notes of freshly crushed gooseberry, white blossom, elderfl­ower and red grapefruit on the nose, while the palate supports the aromas with fresh grapefruit and subtle hints of nectarine and tropical fruits. A mouth-watering, rounded acidity accompanies a full and long finish on the palate.
