The most versatile wine when it comes to food pairings. From salads to seafood and peas to pavlovas. Cheeses that pair well with this wine are Fontina, Brie, Swiss, Feta, Gouda, and Gruyère, and add fresh herb Hummus with spring vegetables to make a perfect platter.

The Franschhoek Sauvignon Blanc component adds some notes of tropical fruit, blackcurrant, and lime. The Walker Bay component adds minerality, flintiness and great acid balance. To round it off the Franschhoek Semillon adds fullness and waxiness on the pallet.

Vibrant and zesty with aromas of blackcurrant, gooseberry and passion fruit layered with subtle mineral tones. Full flavoured with a rich mid-palate, peach and litchi flavours which linger on the finish.
