With its refreshing bouquet of lemon cream biscuit, stewed apple, a hint of lemon zest and blossoms, this refined Cap Classique sparkling wine boasts a sparkling pale straw colour with racy, fine bubbles that form a fine mousse crown. The wine’s crisp, lively acidity bursts onto the palate with a lovely, creamy texture, delivering superb mid-palate depth with an elegant, clean lime finish. The delightful burst of bubbles on the palate enhances the experience, culminating in a deliciously lingering aftertaste.

A classic blend of Chardonnay (75%) contributing fruit and elegance and Pinot Noir (25%) for complexity and length of flavour. Light yeasty aromas and tones of citrus, fresh picked red apples with a rich creamy complexity and cherries on the palate. The exceptionally fine mousse contributes freshness and finesse.

Zero Dosage represents Methode Cap Classique in its purest form and allows the grape, site and vintage to shine. Bright yellow with green hue the nose invites with a vibrant bouquet of peach, almonds and exotic spice. The palate shows stone fruits, hints of brioche and lingering mousse.

Prominent notes of honeycomb, yellow fruit, and biscuit on the nose are followed by the rich and expressive flavours of toasted zesty marmalade, dried apple rings and hints of cooked quince.
