Du Toitskloof Cabernet Sauvignon

A full-bodied wine with abundant notes of blackberries, cherries and hazelnuts with nuances of dark chocolate ending in velvety tannins.

Deep, dark colour with aromas of blackcurrants and subtle wood on the nose. A great concentration of fruit on the palate supported with finely balanced tannins. A wonderfully soft and smooth finish.

A classic South African Cabernet Sauvignon with an elegant minerality and typical varietal characteristics such as berry and plum flavours and hints of cloves, mint and cigar box. Well-considered barrel maturation and firm but accessible tannins ensure a full-bodied wine with a rich consistency and lingering finish.

Bright blackberry and blackcurrant fruit supported by cedar spice and dark chocolate introduce a rich, smooth palate with dense tannin and a refreshing finish.
