Boschkloof Cabernet Sauvignon

The Inkara Cabernet Sauvignon is rich, spicy and smokey with hints of mint. It is a very complex wine, expressing soft, round tannins and subtle ripe black fruit.

An accessible well balanced Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz blend with soft and ripe tannins. The typical Cabernet Sauvignon characteristics of juicy black berries, ripe red berries and mint undertones are paired well with the Shiraz's pepper and spice to create a rich medium bodied wine.

The colour is deep purple. On the nose you get prominent notes of ripe cherries, blueberries and espresso. The mid-palate is juicy with intense flavours of plums, pomegranate, berries and dark chocolate.
