Barbera is a red Italian grape variety, of which there are few in South Africa, This wine has a really soft tannin structure and also allowing the fresh fruit flavours to stay intact.
We suggest you serve it slightly chilled to really enjoy all the crisp and juicy berry flavours it offers.
Description
One pick. Single vineyard wine. Goudini river pebbles and sandstone. 100% whole bunch fermented, with a total skin maceration time of 11 days. Pressed and aged in cement only for 10 months. No fining.
Perfumed fruits. Luscious tannin structure. Elegant and salivating.
